LAND & SNOW
Design
Good landscape design starts with how the property will be maintained, not just how it looks on opening day. Our designers plan plantings, hardscape, turf areas, and snow-storage zones so that both our crews and our equipment can service them efficiently and the site looks intentional in every season. Designs consider sightlines, drainage, and long-term plant growth. The result is a property that photographs well and costs less to keep that way.
- Site plans that account for how the property will be maintained
- Plant selection suited to Northern Illinois and low upkeep
- Turf, bed, and hardscape layouts sized for efficient equipment access
- Designated snow-storage zones built into the plan
Maintenance
Robotic mowers keep turf at a consistent height on a daily or near-daily cycle, which produces a healthier lawn than weekly cutting — and frees our crews to focus on bed care, edging, pruning, and seasonal cleanup. Snow is handled the same way: autonomous units clear lots and walks as accumulation triggers them, and our plow crews take on the heavy storms, stacking, and salting. Monitoring confirms each cycle completed. You get a single maintenance program instead of separate lawn and snow contracts.
- Robotic mowing on a daily or near-daily cycle
- Bed care, edging, pruning, and mulching
- Spring and fall cleanup on a set calendar
- Monitoring that confirms each cycle completed
Snow Removal
Snow doesn’t wait for business hours, and neither does our response. Autonomous clearing units start on lots and walks as accumulation triggers them, so surfaces are open before the storm is over, and our plow crews handle the heavy events, stacking, hauling, and salting that need a truck and an operator. Every site is on a documented service plan with defined triggers, so you’re not guessing whether it’s been cleared. Season-long contracts include pre-storm prep and post-storm cleanup, and completion logs are available for every event.
- Autonomous clearing of lots and walks as snow accumulates
- Plow crews for heavy storms, stacking, and hauling
- Salting and de-icing on a defined trigger
- Completion logs for every event
Water Management
Cracks are where pavStanding water undermines pavement, drowns landscaping, and turns a lot into a liability every time it rains. We design, install, and maintain the drainage systems that keep water moving off the property the way it’s supposed to: grading and swales, catch basins and inlets, French drains, dry wells, downspout tie-ins, and detention or retention structures. Existing systems are inspected and cleared on a schedule so a clogged basin doesn’t become a flooded entrance. Repairs to collars, grates, and the pavement around drainage structures are handled by the same crew.
- Grading, swales, and surface drainage corrections
- Catch basins, inlets, French drains, and dry wells
- Downspout tie-ins and detention or retention structures
- Scheduled inspection and cleaning of existing systems
Tree Care
Trees are the largest living assets on most properties and the easiest to neglect until a limb comes down. Our trained arborists provide inspection, pruning, removal, and health treatments, with a focus on clearance from buildings, lighting, and drive lanes. Storm-damage response is available. Inventory reports track each tree’s condition so decisions are made before a problem, not after.
- Arborist inspection with a condition inventory for every tree
- Pruning for clearance from buildings, lighting, and drive lanes
- Removal and stump grinding
- Storm-damage response
